Opening Night: Saturday 6th of April, 6.30 – 9.00pm
In 2011 Cache Collective formed to provoke and influence a critical visual dialogue of contemporary concepts. In Techknotopia these artists examine our constantly connected culture and its impact on our daily habits as communicators and consumers. In challenging and critiquing this overarching and often pervasive digital infrastructure, that many have so readily adapted into their lives, each artist is invited to question and comment on their own resistance and compliance within this state of Technknotopia.
Cache Collective artists include Clay Smith, Kenneth Beck, Sarah Haigh, Rikki Amand, Deborah Gallagher, Brian Keayes, Sharon McKenzie and LeAnne Vincent.
