Hello again. Yes, it has been quite a while since our last blog post, however in that time we’re happy to say we have been planning a full years worth of exhibitions for 2012 (over 15 in total) covering a large variety of artistic work, from oil painting to installation pieces and collaborative community projects. To stay in the loop, make sure you’ve subscribed to our newsletter or keep an eye on our upcoming exhibitions page.
Last Thursday night we had the opening for Peregrine by Anton Pulvirenti which was a terrific success. If you haven’t seen Anton’s work in person, it’s something you really should do. His work is of the highest technical and conceptual standard and covers a variety of interesting and topical social themes. Peregrine runs until the 28th of April so be sure to come by.
We would like to congratulate another artist Jason Christopher, who was a finalist at the 2012 Wynne Prize for his work brilliant entitled “Battery hens”. Jason will be having a rare solo exhibition at Salerno Gallery later next month, so put it in your diary as it’s definitely one not to be missed. Thank you to everyone who has supported our exhibitions so far this year. 2012 is shaping up to be an amazing year. We look forward to seeing you all again soon at Salerno Gallery.
Great start to the year, I have enjoyed every exhibition.
